Description
Grilled banana dessert with chocolate and marshmallows, perfect for campfire cooking.

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat grill or prepare campfire coals to medium heat.
- Cut a slit lengthwise down the center of each unpeeled banana, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Gently open the slit to create a pocket.
- Fill each banana pocket with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Wrap each filled banana tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped bananas on the grill or directly on the campfire coals.
- Grill or cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey.
- Carefully remove from heat and let cool slightly before unwrapping and enjoying with a spoon.
Notes
- Use ripe but still firm bananas.
- Adjust the amount of chocolate and marshmallows to your preference.
