Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or prepare campfire coals to medium heat.
  2. Cut a slit lengthwise down the center of each unpeeled banana, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Gently open the slit to create a pocket.
  4. Fill each banana pocket with chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  5. Wrap each filled banana tightly in aluminum foil.
  6. Place the wrapped bananas on the grill or directly on the campfire coals.
  7. Grill or cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the chocolate and marshmallows are melted and gooey.
  8. Carefully remove from heat and let cool slightly before unwrapping and enjoying with a spoon.
