- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Tear off four large pieces of aluminum foil.
- Place one chicken breast on each piece of foil.
- Divide the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls evenly among the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle each with chopped fresh basil.
- Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Fold the foil packets tightly to seal.
- Place the foil packets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
- Carefully open the foil packets and serve immediately.
