  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 12 taco shells or small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in beef broth and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the liquid has mostly reduced.
  5. Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to package directions.
  6. Fill each taco shell or tortilla with the ground beef mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and any desired toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.
