  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain off excess grease.
  3. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the meat mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
  8. Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
