Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives

  • For the dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, sliced cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  5. Serve immediately.
