- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, celery, onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
- Stir until everything is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
