- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup cream of coconut
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Ice
Instructions
- Combine frozen pineapple, rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a blender.
- Add a handful of ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry if desired.
Notes
- For a virgin Piña Colada, omit the rum.
- Adjust the amount of ice to achieve your desired consistency.
- Use chilled ingredients for a colder drink.
