Description
Make patriotic firecracker popsicles with layers of red, white, and blue.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped blueberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Blend strawberries, 1/4 cup water, and 2 tablespoons sugar until smooth.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling about one-third of each mold. Freeze for 1 hour.
- While the strawberry layer freezes, whisk together the vanilla yogurt and milk until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the frozen strawberry layer, filling another one-third of each mold. Freeze for 1 hour.
- Blend blueberries, 1/4 cup water, and 2 tablespoons sugar until smooth.
- Pour the blueberry mixture on top of the frozen yogurt layer, filling the remaining one-third of each mold. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- To remove popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- Adjust sugar to your taste.
- You can use other red and blue fruits.
- Ensure each layer is frozen before adding the next.
