Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- 1/4 cup milk or cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooled coffee, sugar, and milk or cream (if using). Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
