Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark is a simple and healthy frozen snack. It combines creamy yogurt with fresh berries for a delicious treat.

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen and firm.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces.
- Store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- You can use any type of berries or fruit you like.
- Add nuts, seeds, or granola for extra crunch.
