Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the mixed berries over the yogurt layer.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen and firm.
  6. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces.
  7. Store the frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container in the freezer.
