Description

Easy-to-make bars with a gooey marshmallow and chocolate center on a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full graham crackers)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips over the condensed milk layer.
  5. Finally, sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
  7. Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For easier cutting, chill the bars in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before slicing.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
