Description
Easy-to-make bars with a gooey marshmallow and chocolate center on a graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full graham crackers)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the milk chocolate chips over the condensed milk layer.
- Finally, sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For easier cutting, chill the bars in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before slicing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
