- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush one side of the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Place crust on the grill, oiled side down, for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Remove crust from grill and flip.
- Spread BBQ sauce over the grilled side of the crust.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
- Return pizza to the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for this recipe.
- Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your preference.
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers, jalapeños, or pineapple.
