Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush one side of the pizza crust with olive oil.
  3. Place crust on the grill, oiled side down, for 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove crust from grill and flip.
  5. Spread BBQ sauce over the grilled side of the crust.
  6. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
  7. Return pizza to the grill and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can use leftover cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken for this recipe.
  • Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your preference.
