- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
- You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Zucchini, mushrooms, and pineapple are great additions.
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
