Ingredients

  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before threading to prevent burning.
  • You can customize the vegetables based on your preference. Zucchini, mushrooms, and pineapple are great additions.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the marinade.
