A fresh and easy homemade strawberry vinaigrette dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for vegan)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the strawberries, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, and Dijon mustard in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into a jar or airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- Store the vinaigrette in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Shake well before serving.
- Adjust the sweetness and tanginess to your preference.
- This vinaigrette is delicious on green salads, fruit salads, or as a marinade for chicken or fish.
