Description
Crispy pasta chips made in an air fryer, a popular and easy snack.
Ingredients

- 1 pound dry pasta (such as farfalle, rotini, or penne)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to work in batches.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the pasta chips from the air fryer and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Serve immediately, optionally sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Different pasta shapes will yield different textures.
- Adjust the seasonings to your preference.
- Store any leftover pasta chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.
