- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Secret Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the secret sauce ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions (about 1.3 ounces each). Gently form them into loose balls; do not overwork the meat.
- Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Place the beef balls on the hot skillet, leaving space between them.
- Using a sturdy spatula or burger press, firmly smash each ball down into a thin patty, about 1/4 inch thick. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until a deep brown crust forms and the burgers are cooked through. For cheeseburgers, add a small slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking and cover briefly to melt.
- While the burgers cook, brush the cut sides of the slider buns with melted butter. Toast the buns on the skillet for 1-2 minutes, until golden brown.
- Assemble the sliders: Place a cooked burger patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with your desired toppings and a generous dollop of Secret Sauce. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
