Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 (13.5 ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
- 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Combine the mango chunks, coconut milk, and sweetener (if using) in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To unmold, briefly run the molds under warm water.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use frozen mango.
- Adjust the amount of sweetener based on the sweetness of your mango and your personal preference.
- You can add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
