A simple and delicious no-bake frozen dessert featuring crushed Oreo cookies and creamy ice cream.

- 40 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form a crust.
- Spread softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the Oreo crust.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of ice cream you like.
- For extra crunch, reserve some crushed Oreos to sprinkle on top before freezing.
- Cover the cake tightly with plastic wrap before freezing to prevent ice crystals.
