Description

  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each side with olive oil.
  3. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  5. Spread a generous amount of softened goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
