Ingredients

- 2 ripe peaches, diced
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, mango, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add the minced jalapeño, if using.
- Pour the fresh lime juice over the mixture.
- Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a less spicy salsa, omit the jalapeño or remove the seeds and membranes before mincing.
- This salsa is best served fresh.
- You can adjust the amount of red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to your preference.
