Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, mango, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Add the minced jalapeño, if using.
  3. Pour the fresh lime juice over the mixture.
  4. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Let the salsa sit for at least 15 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For a less spicy salsa, omit the jalapeño or remove the seeds and membranes before mincing.
  • This salsa is best served fresh.
  • You can adjust the amount of red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to your preference.
