Cool down with homemade strawberry lemonade popsicles. A refreshing blend of sweet strawberries and tart lemonade.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 3-4 lemons)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, and water in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sugar if needed.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To remove, run the mold under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sugar amount based on the sweetness of your strawberries and your personal preference.
- If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and wooden craft sticks.
