Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like triple sec or Cointreau)
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (or to taste)
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 orange, sliced

Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Add the sliced peaches, mixed berries, and orange slices to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill overnight.
- Before serving, fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the sangria over the ice, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
- Feel free to use other seasonal fruits like plums, nectarines, or cherries.
- For a bubbly sangria, top each glass with a splash of club soda or sparkling water just before serving.
- Use a good quality dry white wine that you enjoy drinking on its own.
