Ingredients

Instructions
- In a tall glass, add the lime wedges and mint leaves.
- Add the sugar to the glass.
- Muddle the lime, mint, and sugar together using a muddler or the back of a spoon to release the juices and oils.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour sparkling water or club soda over the ice to fill the glass.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint, if desired.
