Ingredients

- 1-2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
- 1-2 teaspoons sweetener (optional, honey, maple syrup, or sugar)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the matcha powder to a small bowl.
- Pour in the hot water and whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk or small whisk until smooth and frothy.
- If using, stir in the sweetener until dissolved.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the coconut milk over the ice.
- Gently pour the whisked matcha mixture over the coconut milk.
- Stir gently to combine before enjoying.

- Adjust the amount of matcha powder to your preferred strength.
- You can adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
- For an extra creamy latte, use full-fat coconut milk.
